CBCC Summer Camp - Registration Information

Enrollment and deposit
Applications for CBCC Summer Camp are now being accepted. To apply: complete the enclosed application and return it to:

Include a non-refundable deposit of $250 (payable to “Clara Barton Center for Children”). The deposit will be applied to your child’s first session camp tuition. If no space is available, your child will be placed on a waiting list & the deposit check will be held but not cashed. If your child is not accepted from the waiting list, the deposit check will be shredded.

All applications will be dated upon receipt. Priority for CBCC Summer Camp enrollment will be given to children currently attending Clara Barton Preschool and returning campers only until February 11, 2012. (Current preschool children will be given priority over returning campers through this date.) Withdrawals must be submitted in writing by April 13, 2012 in order to receive a refund of tuition paid, less the $250 non-refundable deposit. There will be no refunds of tuition made after April 13, 2012.

Tuition
Tuition rates for each CBCC Summer Camp session are listed below. A bill for summer camp tuition will be mailed on or about March 1, 2012. By March 9, 2012, 50% of the total summer camp tuition must be paid or your child’s space may be forfeited. The balance of summer camp tuition is due on May 12, 2012.

Enrollment is for 2-week sessions. A 1-week option is available for an additional $50 but the camper must be enrolled in at least one other session and priority is given to those enrolling in a full session. Campers in the Summer Cardinal and Summer Eagle classes must attend 5 days per week. Campers in the Summer Toucan, Summer Hummingbird, and Summer Puffin classes can attend 3, 4 or 5 days per week. A child must be at least two years old by May 31, 2012 in order to attend summer camp.
